Brooke Grove Retirement Village will present a free Living Well seminar, “Tipping the Scale to Health,” at 1 p.m. March 21, preceded by a complementary lunch at noon, in the Terrace Level Conference Room of the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 18131 Slade School Road, Sandy Spring.
