All ages are invited to make art out of scratched and broken vinyl records at 3 p.m. at Olney Library, 3500 Olney-Laytonsville Road. Materials will be supplied. Part of the library’s system-wide salute to vinyl records and sponsored by Friends of the Library, Montgomery County, and Friends of the Library, Olney Chapter.
