Sandy Spring Museum, 17901 Bentley Road, will host a History Happy Hour from 6:30 to 8 p.m., featuring author Rebecca Boggs Roberts discussing “Suffragists in Washington, D.C.” Roberts, a journalist and daughter of Cokie Roberts, will narrate the heroic struggle of Alice Paul and the National Woman’s Party as they worked to earn the vote.
