Montgomery County’s 23rd annual Juneteenth Celebration will be held from 3:30 to 9 p.m. at BlackRock Center for the Arts, 12901 Town Commons Drive, Germantown. Event will feature an award recognition ceremony, barbecue dinner, and musical and theatrical entertainment for the whole family.
