Join Montgomery Parks for “Food Matters: Food Recovery and Community Impact,” featuring Cheryl Kollin, program director for Community Food Rescue, at 6:30 p.m. at Brookside Gardens, 1800 Glenallan Ave., Wheaton. Kollin will talk about food recovery as a way to alleviate hunger and decrease food waste at the landfill. Free admission; complimentary food and beverages will be provided.
