Montgomery County will host its fourth annual Overdose and Prevention Vigil to commemorate International Overdose Awareness Day at 7 p.m. in the Executive Office Building cafeteria, 101 Monroe St., Rockville. Resource fair will be held at 5:30 p.m. Hosted by S.O.U.L. (Surviving Our Ultimate Loss), a support group for families who have lost a child to a fatal overdose, along with the Department of Health and Human Services, Circuit Court’s Adult Drug Court and City of Rockville.
