National Safety Council’s “Alive at 25” defensive driving course will take place from 4 to 8:30 p.m. at Montgomery College’s Rockville Campus, 51 Mannakee St. Taught by law enforcement instructors. Teaches young drivers consequences of unsafe driving and provides tools for making positive choices behind the wheel.
