City of Rockville will celebrate Lunar New Year with free performances, interactive activities and cultural displays from 1 to 3 30 p.m. at Rockville High School, 2100 Baltimore Road. Organized in partnership with Rockville’s Asian Pacific American Task Force. Lunar New Year celebration will mark Year 4718, which is the Year of the Rat on the Chinese Zodiac calendar.
