Twinbrook Library, 202 Meadow Hall Drive, Rockville, will present an AARP Safe Driver course from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., designed to teach age-related physical changes and how to adjust driving. Register at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/library/branches/twinbrook.html. Arrive 15 minutes before class for administrative matters. Cost is $15 for AARP members (take membership card), $20 for non-members.
