In celebration of African American History Month, the George and Georgianna Campbell Sandy Spring Slave Museum and African Art Gallery will present “African American Women’s Health Issues,” 2-4 p.m. Games will be used to teach about issues affecting African-American women’s health and well-being. Tickets may be purchased online at www.sandyspringmuseum.org or at the door. Cost is $12 for adults, $7 for children under 12 years of age. Sandy Spring Slave Museum is located at 18524 Brooke Road. Museum follows Montgomery County Public Schools for weather-related closing. In the event of a weather closing, the museum event will be rescheduled.
