The Sandy Spring Slave Museum & African Art Gallery Inc. will host its second annual Afro Latino Caribbean Festival on the museum grounds, 18524 Brooke Road in Sandy Spring, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Join for an open house, music, food vendors, craft vendors and a concert in the park.
