Brooke Grove will offer free Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Consultations to help caregivers and those who are newly diagnosed cope with the impact of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, enabling participants to better understand the disease, manage care and make informed decisions regarding services and treatments. Consultant can assess current needs, help develop a care plan, address behavioral and communication concerns, share coping techniques, discuss care options, provide resources and more.
