Montgomery County’s annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Tribute and Celebration, “Fulfilling the Dream: A Celebration of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow,” will take place at 3:30 p.m. at the Music Center at Strathmore, 5301 Tuckerman Lane, North Bethesda.
