Sandy Spring Museum, 17901 Bentley Road, will host “Bomba y Plena en El Museo” from noon to 5 p.m. Cultura Plenera will present Afro-Puerto Rican music from Los Hijo ‘e Plena, La R and Víctor Vélez.
