Brooke Grove Retirement Village is partnering with the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area (PFNVA) to offer programs for those with Parkinson’s or other neurodegenerative diseases, presenting “Communications Club” from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Wednesdays starting June 12. Designed to emphasize strengthening breath support and the ability to project and speak loudly enough to be heard in social settings. Nicole Rosenthal, speech-language pathologist, Flagship Rehabilitation, is facilitator. Free with $50 annual PFNCA administrative fee.
