Bender JCC of Greater Washington Lessans Family Literary Series will present a conversation with Marra Gad, “The Color of Love: A Story of a Mixed-Race Jewish Girl,” a memoir about a mixed-race Jewish woman who, after 15 years of estrangement from her racist great-aunt, helps bring her home when Alzheimer’s strikes. Reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. at 6125 Montrose Road, Rockville.
