Dressed in Love Ministries, a soon-to-be 501(c)3 nonprofit, is offering free prom dresses, shoes and accessories to teen girls in Montgomery County for the fifth year. Open by appointment; call Jennifer Williams at 302-236-4179 or send an email to [email protected]. Prom day makeovers will be held May 18 at Ashton Baptist Church, 17826 New Hampshire Ave. Appointments needed. Dress and accessory donations still accepted.
