Olney Library, 3500 Olney-Laytonsville Road, will present “Energy Express” for elementary school students at 2 p.m. Department of Environmental Protection will explore how energy is part of a “Universe of Stories.” Registration required at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/library/branches/olney.html.
