Fair Hill will host a Spring Festival 1-3 p.m. at the shopping center, Olney-Sandy Spring and Spartan roads, featuring free family activities, including balloon twisting, a moonbounce, children’s entertainment, face painting, crafts and a food drive to benefit Olney HELP.
