Gaithersburg Library, 18330 Montgomery Village Ave., will host Lunch & Learn, “Financial Wellness & Planning,” from noon to 1 p.m. Office of Consumer Protection’s Advisory Committee members, in conjunction with Montgomery County Public Libraries, will present a seminar and simulcast webinar on financial well-being, savings, financial planning, managing credit and other issues of financial literacy.
