Free confidential paper shredding/recycling and clothing/household items collection event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Northwest High School, 13501 Richter Farm Road, Germantown. May close early if shredding trucks become filled. Limit of five paper bags or small cardboard boxes of paper per household/vehicle. Montgomery County residents only; no businesses. If cancelled, will be posted at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/recycling by 7 a.m. on day of event.
