Olney Library, 3500 Olney-Laytonsville Road, will present “Happy Birthday, Mo Willems!” at 11 a.m. Children of all ages are invited to celebrate the birthday of the author of “Pigeon” books and “Elephant and Piggie”” books with activities, crafts and more.
