National Capital Trolley Museum, 1313 Bonifant Road in Colesville, will hold its Holly Trolley Fest from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Explore the museum decorated for the holidays and model trains whizzing past a miniature holiday village. Complete a unique craft while snacking on cookies and hot chocolate before climbing aboard a real vintage streetcar to ride with Santa. Reservations are strongly recommended, and can be made online at dctrolley.org.
