National Capital Trolley Museum, 1313 Bonifant Road in Colesville, will hold its Holly Trolley Fest from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday through Dec. 22, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 20. Explore the museum decorated for the holidays and model trains whizzing past a miniature holiday village. Complete a craft while snacking on cookies and hot chocolate before climbing aboard a vintage streetcar to ride with Santa. Every day will offer something unique, such as model trains powered by live steam on Dec. 14. Reservations are strongly recommended, and can be made online at dctrolley.org.
