Rockville Sister City Corporation in partnership with WQER-LP 96.7 FM radio station and the Chinese Culture Institute will host a Lantern Festival at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre, Rockville Civic Center Park, 603 Edmonston Drive. Lantern Festival marks a major celebration on the lunar calendar. Celebration will feature cultural performances, food, interactive lantern craft activities and cultural displays. Children may take home lanterns after the celebration.
