Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will host a budget forum at 7 p.m. at Mid-County Recreation Center, 2004 Queensguard Road, Layhill, to seek suggestions from residents about Fiscal Year 2020 (FY20) Operating Budget priorities. Elrich will announce his Recommended FY20 Operating Budget on March 15.
