City of Gaithersburg will hold its Memorial Day Observance at 11 a.m. at Christman Park, 304 West Deer Park Road, Gaithersburg. Guest speaker will be Dr. Richard W. Thomas, president of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and a retired major general of the United States Army with more than 26 years of service.
