Brooke Grove Retirement Village and Olney Home for Life will sponsor a free Wellness Seminar, “Mindful Meditation,” from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at Longwood Community Center, 19300 Georgia Ave., Brookeville. Learn about the science supporting the findings and experience the technique of focusing awareness to help feel relaxed and refreshed. Refreshments will be served. Register at 240-777-6920.
