A plaque honoring Montgomery County Police Officer Noah Leotta will be unveiled at the fountain at Fair Hill shopping center, 18100 Town Center Drive, at 4 p.m. Leotta, of Olney, was killed in the line of duty after being struck by a vehicle driven by a man who had been drinking.
