Bethesda Urban Partnership at Elm Street Park will host Bethesda Yappy Hour and a “Pop Up Dog Park” 6-8 p.m. at Elm Street Park. Event will consist of a small dog and a large dog enclosure area for well-socialized dogs. Bethesda restaurants will serve food, wine and beer and entertainment will be provided.
