Project Change will host a free indoor carnival for children with special needs 1-4 p.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, 17301 Old Vic Blvd, Olney. Will feature basketball, face painting, bowling, a moonbounce, soccer, snacks and more. Open to the public. Go to www.projectchange-md.org.
