Rockville Rotary Club will host a discussion about major hazards Montgomery faces from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Best Western Rockville, 1251 W. Montgomery Ave. Joe Corona, county Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, will discuss Montgomery’s risk of terrorist incidents, safety in a national context, and what people can do in an emergency.
