Olney Library, 350o Olney-Laytonsville Road, will offer a sign language course for children 4-8 years old. Classes will be held from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., starting Nov. 7 and ending Dec. 12. Online registration required; go to www.montgomerycountymd.gov/library/branches/olney.html.
