Tantric Tattoo, 837 Olney-Sandy Spring Road, will hold an Open House and Fundraiser 1-6 p.m. to help neighbor Sandy Offterdinger, who has been dealing with health issues, family deaths (including the death of her husband this year) and other challenges. Event will feature local entertainment and food from local vendors, yard sale and auction items, raffle, Kang’s Studio bounce house, clown and face painting. Rain or shine.
