Scout Troop 264 of Olney-Brookeville will conduct a U.S. Flag Retirement Ceremony at 7:30 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church parking lot. Drop off flags that are worn, soiled, damaged or no longer fit for proper display with the cashier at Fletcher’s Service Center, 18001 Georgia Ave. Norman Price American Legion Post 68 of Sandy Spring typically conducts its Flag Retirement Ceremony on Dec. 7.
