Rockville Concert Band to celebrate 60 years of service

The Rockville Concert Band will present a gala concert at 3 p.m. March 12 in celebration of 60 years of community service.
The concert will be held at the historic F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre, 601 Edmonston Drive in Rockville.
A post-concert reception, also open to the public, will be held in the theater’s downstairs social hall.
The concert is free and open to the public.
The band consists of volunteer musicians ranging in age from 20’s to 80’s. It averages 10 performances a year under the professional baton of Music Director John Saint Amour.
